HP ProCurve 2650 wont turn on

I have recently bought me a HP ProCurve2650 and it worked perfectly fine until i decided toreset it. BUT:

I didnt read the manual carefull enough, so I just hold down the reset Button for 30 seconds. Now, when I plug it in, All LEDS flash for probably half a second and then go and stay off.

Hi,

 

Please connect a console cable to switch and power it on. Check what kind of log are bing observed on the console screen  and past it here.
