HP Procurve switch 2626

Dear Genst,

For your support im new in Hp Switch 2626 im trying to connect via putty i use the speed from 9600 and up but the switch still not open kindly advise about the power spicification is should be 100-240 VAC , about me i use the standerd power cable is 10A-250V please need to know if the issue from the power cable .

by the way i already reset the switch but still i can't open it via putty , and please advise what the defult IP of the switch i used 192.186.1.1 but still i coul'nt open it need your kind support
