J8693A K.12.57 =>
J8692A K.14.41 =>
J9299A J.14.01 =>
J9019B Q.11.57 =>

it's possible to upgrade this version dirctly to last version like K.16.02.0030 .

Hi, your upgrade/update journey should start here.

Each Release Notes document has a section named "Upgrade information" (it's generally placed at the end of the entire document).

With regards to the HPE 3500 and 3500 yl Switch Series you should pay attention to what is written on K.16.02.0030 Release Notes on the "Upgrade information" section:

It's clear that, depending the Software Version your switches are currently running on, the upgrade/update process to latest K.16.02.0030 build (or to any other previous software build) shall require to be stepped through particular interim releases (or not, thus happening directly).

So:

1. J8693A K.12.16 -> upgrade through any interim between K.12.31 and K.12.62 -> upgrade through any interim between K.13.58 and K.13.68 -> upgrade directly to K.16.02.0030.
2. J8693A K.13.68 -> upgrade directly to K.16.02.0030.
3. J8693A K.14.41 -> upgrade directly to K.16.02.0030.
4. J8693A K.12.57 -> upgrade through any interim between K.13.58 and K.13.68 -> upgrade directly to K.16.02.0030.
5. J8692A K.14.41 -> upgrade directly to K.16.02.0030.

Keep in mind that BootROM will be updated automatically (so be prepared to see your switch to reboot twice).

I leave you the exercise to build the upgrade steps for remaining SKUs J9299A and J9019B.
