J9264a 6600 with K.15.13 Trying to route internet traffic to different ISP depending on which VLANs
I have setup our core 6600 switch as the default gateway for our 3 different VLANs. Our clients all connect via a MS DHCP server which assigns the different IP addresses for the different subnets on the VLANS, the default gateway is set as the appropriate IP address for the core switch on the relevant VLAN interface.
Default Gateway (our Primary ISP) on the switch is 10.60.66.1
VLAN10 192.168.1.0 Default GW via DHCP is 192.168.1.1 (the core switch VLAN10 interface)
VLAN20 192.168.2.0 Default GW via DHCP is 192.168.2.1 (the core switch VLAN20 interface)
VLAN30 192.168.3.0 Default GW via DHCP is 192.168.3.2 (the 2nd ISP router interface within VLAN30)
Our main ISP is set as the default gateway 10.60.66.1 (which is on VLAN500) on the 6600 and we also have a catch all route of 0.0.0.0/0 going to this address.
What I need to do now is add an extra route in for VLAN30 to access the internet via a different ISP, the inapporpriate work around I am currently using is our DHCP server sets the default gateway on VLAN30 as the secondary ISPs address but this stops inter-VLAN routing.
I need to get the switch to route traffic to the secondary ISP address for VLAN30 so my clients on VLAN30 can access resources in the other VLANs but get their internet from the 2nd ISP.
I'm sure this must be so simple to do but I have fried my brain!!
Many thanks in anticipation of a solution.
Dan.
