J9574A VOICE

First time configuring one of these.  I noticed in the VLAN setting that a VLAN can be configured for voice, the default is NO.  Well the new VLAN will carrie my VoIP setup so I would think I should change the default from NO to YES but I can figure out where to flip the bit.  ?????
