Limit internet bandwith from switch aruba m2930

hi,

i've a problem with a remote office with small internet bandwith that go in saturation. i can't access to the router so i need to solve the problem from the switch. I've 1,2 Mb of maximum bandwidth for about 10 concurrent connection. The first idea (not the best because i would lose a lot of bandwidth in local traffic)is to set rate limit for all port at 100kbps (i haven't internal server or internal shared directory) but my switch can rate minimum to 1% of port speed. If i set manual port speed to 10Mbit the switch respond that Outbound rate limits are not supported at 10 Mbit. The second idea is to set a QOS but i can't identify and tag the traffic..... It's possible to limit rate from a group of port to only 1 port and limit it under 1% of port speed or some else??
