Network Suddenly down

Hi,

I have problem with my organizational network. Its already happen in few times.
My company use a HP core switch (Hp Procurve 2910AL -24G) that setup with several vlan and connected to several HP management switch (Hp Procurve  2510-48G). The problem occurs when suddenly all network become limited.I cannot access to the internet and cannot ping to the gateway. I don't know what the problem are. I just notice all the network port led is on (static) but not blinking ( I am using the HP 2910al-48g switch).
How suppose to do to rectify the problem?

I really appreciate who can help me.
Thank you .

Re: Network Suddenly down

Sounds like there may be a network loop if all the activity LEDs go hard on.
Check the log (show logging -r), check the interface counters (show interface 1-24).

Turn on spanning-tree, or loop-protect. Then you can do a show span or show loop.
