NLB on 3800

Does the 3800 on firmware KA.15.03.3006 support the ip arp-mcast-replies command?

I note that the K series firmware does as of K.15.03.0007 but I cannot find any reference to KA.

I believe this command is the best support of Windows Network Load Balancing?
