OSPF Lab Setup and Configuration

I am working on setting up a lab consisting of a single 8212 as the core and 2 5406's as districution switches. I would have both 5406's connectd to and routed to the 8212 via a single link and then a link between the 2 5406's. The topology would basically be fully redundant and at some point I would have to redistirubte into RIP. Could anyone give me an example configuration on how this would be done?
