Please help a newbie configure two 2824
Hi experts,
I've recently got a hold off two used ProCurve 2824. I've never worked with HP before, just Cisco, but as far I can see, the CLI syntax is very similar.
My plan is to implement them at my office. I want to set them up using 3 VLANs (Servers, Users, and Guests). Users must be able to access Servers VLAN, since our AD, DNS,DHCP, Exchange and fileservers are here. Guests VLAN can only have access to the internet, but must be able to connect to the DHCP on the Servers VLAN, only to obtain an IP address. I also want to create a trunk between these two switches, using two ports.
Can anyone help me with the basic configuration of the above, or point me to some sort of guide?
Thanks in advance!
/Carl
