probleme when connecting 2 procurve 2524 with a gigabit sx

I have a customer with two procurve 2524 J4831A .
They are interconnected with J4131B transceiver 1000base -SX on port 25 .
The fiber link is good and up .
I have two pc on the same subnet connected to the two switch and they cannot reach each other .
When i interconnect the switchs by two 10/100 copper ports it works .
I have the two configurations .
