ProCurve 10GbE-T one Port stopped Shipping Broadcast Packets / Failed PXE Boot

Yesterday we failed to PXE Boot a machine that was connected to a 10GbE-T Port in zl8206. The machine could boot PXE before that. We connected a second machine to the same port, same error. It is Slot F Port 8.

We dumped packets on the next ports and saw that no Broadcast Packets were sent.

Today we restarted the switch and found the following:

W 01/24/13 08:02:46 00274 chassis: AM1: (00) Slot F: Blade Crash detected -
            Available
I 01/24/13 08:03:03 00375 chassis: AM1: Slot F Downloading
I 01/24/13 08:03:04 00376 chassis: AM1: Slot F Download Complete
W 01/24/13 08:03:11 00274 chassis: AM1: Slot F FD0 Fatal 20040: Task=eDevIdle
            Task ID=0x1b1fc000 IP=0x1d68828

I 01/24/13 08:03:23 00422 chassis: AM1: Slot F Ready

We tried once after the reboot and the machine could boot PXE. However we want to avoid this port to fail again, once we are in warranty.

Question: Is that "Blade Crash" a Problem? Is this fault known to Firmware 15.08.0003?
How can we resolve that issue?
