Supports ProCurve 2512 (J4812A) encryption key RADIUS server? Updated software F_05_80 not helped.

It should.  "radius <host> key <key>" not what you're looking for?

at 2512 I can not encryption key, it appears in the clear. Team encrypt-credentials is missing

Encrypt-credentials was implemented much later and isn't supported on 2500, unfortunately.
