ram 4800g

Yesterday I faced with problem out of memory on my 4800g device.

In logs I found following:

by "dis memory" it was 75% after rebooting it became 43%. BGP was down but device was available and cpu was fine.

Does any one know how I can find what is the process ate memory? And how to fix the problem without rebooting?
