Ruteo entre vlans. Switch procurve 1610-24 pwr

I need to route between vlans from a switch 2610 procurve swtiches other three vlans:
Data Vlans
vlan 1 ip address: 10.201.0.1/17 in every port I have as tagged
vlan 20 ip address: 10.201.3.1/24 in every port I have as untagged

Voice Vlan
vlan 30 ip address: 10.61.1.1/24 in every port I have as tagged

This is because configure any port to connect a telephone voice over ip.

One of the switches enable ip routing but I can not communicate in one vlan to another, and only the VLAN 20 I can see the defaul gateway for vlan 1 and 30 but I see no computers connected to the VLANs 1 and 30.
