SNMP ip address access control on ProCurve

Hi,

we have public SNMP enabled on all ProCurve 2824 switches for read only. Is any way to control witch IP addesses could be able to read MIB information from switches?

The feature you want is 'ip authorized-managers'. See chapter 11 of the Access Security Guide at http://www.hp.com/rnd/support/manuals/2800.htm

But using 'IP authorized-managers' I wont be able to limit access only to SNMP service. This will limit access to entire switch.
