SNMPv3 Configuration for Stacked Switch

Dear

We have a stacked switch of the model  2910al. we were able to monitor this device through snmpv3 by solarwind but unfortunately solarwind is not able to take backup of this stacked switch.

we have other hp switches which is not stacked are getting backup by solarwind but only for this stacked switch it is not happening

Below is the detail

Switch model : HP 2910al-48G-PoE   (stacked)

Software Version - W.15.14.0011        

Do we need to do anything specific for stacked swithc inorder to get the backup
