Top of Rack Configuration

Hello,

I currently have a 8212zl core switch and a HP 2920 switch I would like to use as a top of the rack switch in a rack of about 10 servers. I would appreciate any thoughts on how I should configure the TOR switch ie. STP or not, Layer 2 or Layer 3, Stack or not etc
