Upgradeproblems with 2520 Switches
Hey there,
I wanted to upgrade my 2520 Switches from J.14 to J.15 firmware but the Switches will not boot the firmware. And one of the Switches does not boot the J.15 and I cannot access the "Monitor Rom Console" to switch back to the J.14 firmware. I really need your help.
Thanks a lot
Stephan

Re: Upgradeproblems with 2520 Switches
I would check by resetting the switch to factory default on switch which is not booting. If issue still persists then log a case by contacting support. These switches have lifetime warranty.
Thank you,
