VLAN -VPN

Any one ever tried to get VLAN-VPN working with 2 datacenters connected over a layer 3 ospf routed link

 

DC1---vlan 50 (192.168.1.0/24)-------------------layer 3 link-------------DC2 vlan50 (192.168.1.0/24)

 

so I can have a HA pair of devices one at one DC and one at the other

 

HA ports need to be in same Broadcast domain , but would like them in different DC's

 

is this possible ?
