Wake-on-Lan do not work with HP ProCurve 2610 reset to factory defaults

Wake-on-Lan do not work with HP ProCurve 2610. I just reset this switch to factory defaults. All computers that need to have Wake-on-Lan enabled have are on the same subnet.

If I connect workstations to Cisco Catalyst 2960 - Wake-on-Lan works correctly.

How HP ProCurve 2610 should be configured so that Wake-on-Lan works correctly?

I have found that probably the problem is that HP do not see mac-address of workstation that is in powered off mode.

Cisco Catalyst on the other side see mac address of powered off device on the port.

Why HP dp not see mac-address of powered off workstation while port is UP?
