why  there is hardware service support and in the same time  that producehave  limited lifetime warranty ??

With the right additional service carepack, you can have a guy with a screwdriver come and fix your product, and at any time of the day or night. There are ranges of coverage windows, service levels, etc, to suit the business requirements.

 

Warranty just provides a replacement module that you have to swap out.
