WiFi Roamig problem on Procurve 2510G - J9280A
I have3 WiFi APs connected to HP Procurve 2510 all in the same VLAN. When I roam client from one WiFi AP to other, I loose connectivity to LAN. For few minutes I can ping and access only asociated AP but nothing else on LAN. Aparently switch does not forward. I thought the SPT is to blame, so I turned it off but (to my surprise) the problem remains the same!
When I connect the 3 APs to small stupid switch that is then connected to the Procurve, it roams like a charm.

Re: WiFi Roamig problem on Procurve 2510G - J9280A
Hi,
upgrade the 2510G to a newer firmware. There was a bug with MACs moving between ports without link change getting blocked on this platform (apparently for the bridge timeout, which is 5min), one way to trigger that easily and repeatedly is wireless roaming.
HTH,
Andre.
