A Fibre Channel port has transitioned to the FAILED state on EVA4400

Hi everybody;
I have a problem when I tried to add the ISCSI controller on the command view. I attache the event log file. Please advice me what to do

Looks like the controller is rebooting now too, several times.


You probably want to open a case with HP Support asap..


What version of XCS are you running?

thank u steven;
I solve the problem. I made the direct connexion between the ISCSI and the HSV controller while on the module it is the fabric mode configuration. So, i juste change it to direct mode and all things are ok now.
