HP SAN Design Ref guide is good and covers HP's full range of products.

Apart from that I will recommend:

1. www.snia.org (more standardized)
2. Building SANs with Brocade (by Josh Judd) NO PDF for this one, you have to buy from Amazon or somewhere else. A similar (but old) guide is also available from Brocade at http://www.brocadekorea.com/download/ssc/53-0000231-03.pdf

3. The most important is the fiber channel basic. I remember, last time HP had some free classes on it but lost it after they upgraded their website. You can search google and will find lots of information on FC basics like the attached one.
