I got boot problems on a 12000 switch.
Any suggestions how to solve it?

Solution
My best guess is you have a corrupt or bad Compact Flash card in one of ther CP cards. The switch uses the CF card like a hard drive and is trying to boot from it, but it can't.
I don't know if the CF cards are an FRU, or you have to replace the whole CP card. You could try pulling one of the CP cards, and if it boots with that one you know which is bad.
