Brocade FOS 4.4.0c - Zoning Error

I have recently upgrade the FOS of our Brocade 3900 switch to 4.4.0c. Since this upgrade I am unable to save any Zoning changes.
Error upon 'Actions\Save config Only":-
Zoning transaction aborted - Bad Zone Config.
If I try to making any changes through telnet I recieve no error but no changes are saved or enabled.
Within the Fabric Events I recieve a message ID of 'Zone-1027'
Any advise very much appreciated.

It sounds like there is an inconsistency in the zone configuration, e.g. a zone or configuration that contains an undefined member.

Yes, you said so. I was wondering if your "Defined configuration" became corruped somehow. That's why I suggest to verify the whole configuration.

I have the same issue with Brocade firmware 4.4.0C. Have you upgraded to 5.01 or gotten a fix for your problem?

can you check if the domain ID of your switch hasn't been change ?

Hi Richard, I have not upgraded to the 5.01 firmware, but now manage to save and enable the config via telnet.

The domain ID's have not changed and there is no conflict of domain ID's.

Hi Darren,

I have the same problem when I have upgrade a switch of the fabric from 5.1.0d to 5.3.0a

We have a fabric with 3 fabric-switch (a director 48000, a 24000 and 3900).

Now all three switch have Fabric OS 5.3.0a, but when I try to zoning I get this message:

"Bad Config Zone, transation aborted"

In the same moment some port can be move from a port of 24000 to another port of 48000 ...

What can I do for resolve the situation?
