Who know what the root's default password of Brocade ?

I think that he is talking about the other accounts, not the ADMIN account.

The Brocade switches are basically running a proprietary version of LINUX that does have accounts for ROOT, FACTORY, ADMIN, and USER that are created at the factory. On the old 1GIG switches prior to V2.6.0 software, you where not prompted to change any of these password. After 2.6.0 you where prompted to change these passwords. That meant that you had to enter 8 passowrds on each switch when doing a SAN firmware upgrade. :-)

Root password on Brocade switches is usually as follows:

User: root
Passwd: fibranne

Be very carefull using this account, though. se it only if you really need to, since it lets you work around the resticted shell; you can do serious damage to the switch under the root account.
