Cache Battery Modules Failed
Hello,
We have Eva Storage
HP EVA 6000 - A 2C4D array
Showing a Failed Error on:
Hardware
Rack1
Controller Enclosure
Controller B
Cache Battery Modules : Operational State: Failed and Charger State: Failed.
But Cache Battery System shows up as Good, with a battery predicted life of 150 hours.
It has only one cache battery module installed on that controller, the one faulty.
Model Number: HSV200
Software Version: CR0EB0xc3p-6100
Thanks for any help/insight.
Regards.

Re: Cache Battery Modules Failed
Call HP Support ASAP, don't try to fix the battery but replace it.
When you lose both battery modules you lose access to the vdisks.
Good luck!
