Hi,
I'm trying to downgrade my MSA2324i firmware from version M111R06 to M110R21, after the update both controllers get the M110R21 but after 1 or 2 minutes both controllers get rebooted and firmware changes back to M111R06.
Anyone has this problem?
Is there any special procedure do downgrade the firmware?

Solution
When reverting to a previous version of firmware, note the following:
Downgrading may cause a controller to become inoperable, requiring replacement.
├в ┬ж
├в ┬ж Ensure that both Ethernet connections are accessible before downgrading the firmware.
├в ┬ж When using a Smart Component firmware package, the process will automatically disable Partner Firmware Update (PFU) and then downgrade the firmware on each controller separately (one after the other) through the Ethernet ports.
├в ┬ж When using a Binary firmware package, you must manually disable the Partner Firmware Update (PFU) and then downgrade the firmware on each controller separately (one after the other).
