Cannot find description for SC Event Code: 4 13 0 3

Hello,
I'm looking at the Command View Events of an HP EVA 5000, and I find a lot of rows like this:
Cannot find description for SC Event Code: 4 13 0 3

What does it mean this error? When can I find a document with all the error descriptions for all this codes? How can I improve my Command View with a new list of error codes for simpler log analysis?

You should try WEBES, this will monitor the EVA and report any problem found, so you don't have to be continuously checking the logs.

We have events like that too, but we are no worried about that, if there is no description, sould not be important or HP doesn't want that we know what is happening ;).

Most "real problems" have event description.

I would keep an eye on the 5000. I setup email notification of any event. They get hungry for disk food allot too, so you may want to keep a few handy.

You may want to recheck your parse file. Usually when this message appears it means CommandView does not understand the EVA error message. This could happen if you recently upgraded your VCS firmware.

Just get the appropriate parse file for your VCS version and upload it using CommandView.

The strange thing is that we recently performed the first build of our EVA (VCS 3.020), not an upgrade, and the error message that I see in the Controller Events is "Description not found in parse file: HSV110_event_CR04BB_3020.txt". So it appears that he's looking for the right file, and I don't know where I should find a better version of it.

What can you suggest me?

Yes, I had a look at the parse file inside EVA and it's the wrong version... 3.000 instead of 3.020.
Where can I find an updated version of this file? I looked inside the CD of VCS, but there's only the firmware.
