Changing cabling to use CA

Hi ,
We have a windows 2000 cluster and a hpux 11.23 itanium cluster. 2k cluster is connected to eva5000. hpux cluster is connected to both eva4000 and 5000. There are 2 pairs of san switches(fabrics) = 4 switches).
As we are moving 2k cluster from eva5000 to eva4000 witch CA we need change the cabling from eva5000 to the switches according to HP's ca rules. How will this impact the clusters ?
Do we to reboot servers when we are recabling ?
Will hpux 11.23 with Secure Path 3,0F Sp2 find new devices ?
