check licensing

Hi all:

Getting into the Replication Solutions for EVAs.
Have an EVA5000 & an EVA 8000. The appliance is on a WIN 2000 Advanced Server Version 5.0. Runs the HP OpenView Storage Management appliance 2.1

To do these replications need to satisfy licensing. So, how do I determine what licenses I have?

In the RSM highlight the storage array and check the properties. There will be a license tab you can view.

Per this license tab, there are no licenses. I am told that we are licensed for 2TB on the EVA 5000 and unlimited on the EVA8000. Still looking for the info.

Any ideas on where to look?

The license is loaded in the EVAs controllers, so use command view eva to check licenses.

Go to Command View, then Agent Options, Licensing options, View previously entered license keys.

RSM will get the licenses loaded in the controller.
