CoammndView 7.0 unresponsive ?
I have CM 7.0 looking after 2 x EVA8100 arrays. I have noticed recently that CM (running on a DL360 management server fibre attached) is increasingly unresponsive. The app opens but times out when trying to expand tree's etc.
Anyone else had this ? Happens on local server and also when remotely connected.
All help rewarded.
Regards
Simon

Re: CoammndView 7.0 unresponsive ?
Hi,
try to patch it with the 7.01 patch pls:
ftp://hp.com/pub/softlib/software9/COL20904/co-54892-1/
and also check the CVE for the compatibility with all the software listed in the EVA software compatibility guide:
http://bizsupport.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01525950/c01525950.pdf

Simon:
What else is running on the server?
Are you keeping the server updated with Windows patches and stuff?
Does Command View work fine after restarting the Command View service?
