Command View 5 Installation on a DL145G2

Has anyone had a problem (and has fixed it) installing Command View EVA 5 on a DL145G2?

The installation program runs, I get the InstallShield dialog, then Preparing the JAVA Virtual Machine the nRunning Installshield Wizard, then the install just quits with no explaination no event log entries, no nothing...

Please let me know if you have seen/fixed this issue.

OS is WIndows Server 2003 Standard w/SP1 and all current security updates/fixes.

Note to self:

Do not disable the Windows Application Compatibility service until AFTER you install all the software.

Update:

Due to an upgrade issue with a customer, I thougt I should update this.

The actual service I am talking about is the "Application Experience Lookup Service" on Windows Server 2003.

If this service is disabled or otherwise not running, the installer quits... no messages.

Enjoy.
