Command View 8.0 Instant-On License

How do I remove the CV 8.0 Instant-On License? Even though I have valid licenses for CV, BC and CA, as soon as my Instant-On license expired I lost all my licenses. I've tried the SSSU Clear License command but that only removed my valid licenses.
