Solution
Command View does not use IIS so I do not see why you can not run both.
Never done it so not sure, but it should work.

agree with steven here, i've not seen anything in the installation guides that excludes this, in fact the prereqs for the servers mention
General-purpose serverâ A server other than the HP OpenView Storage Management Appliance
that runs customer applications, such as file and print services
so should be ok
