Is there a way to configure CommandView read only?
I have a couple of coworkers that need to become familiar with the interface.

No, as far as know its not available.

I do know there is a simulator for internal people. Maybee they help you?

Hi,

I use CV 1.7A (this version works very well, in qraphical mode AND in command line mode under HP-UX).
You can create user in read only: but in this mode, people can do anything: they just look the interface.
By default, the user "user" is created)
login= user
password= user
If you wanted to add user, you must connect as administrator, go in "user administration menu" (and see the user attributes for each user)...

I just received Ver 1.07.00 from HP and it looks very promising for setting up security.
