Controllers Enclosure in Unmappable Hardware

EVA 4000 2C2D after rebooting all devices all got to unmapped hardware. All servers have lost their Vdisks.

Enclosure ID(number) of all enclosures (disk and controller) set to 0. Disk enclosure number we changed by EMU  and they were normalized. But both controllers enclosures  have remained in unmapped hardware and enclosure ID = 0.

Vdisks didn't appear.

The cache battery is broken in both controllers,  but the system was rebooting before and problems weren't...

Sorry for my English

Re: Controllers Enclosure in Unmappable Hardware

With all batteries failed the array will NOT present any vdisk until the batteries get replaced.

Hope this helps!
