CV EVA Instant-ON expired
Hello all,
I have Command View v7, and now I have expired the CV General. I INstall a license but never I obtain the valid for it.
Now when i want make some with the EVA accros the commandview, i obtain the error "This operation requires a valid Command View license". Someone knows if is neccesary a different license for that product? or where can i see the logs?
Thanks in advanced.

Re: CV EVA Instant-ON expired
Hi,
You need to install a valid license...
I'm not sure what you mean when you say, "I INstall a license but never I obtain the valid for it." but it sounds like you don't have a license.
Cheers,
Rob

Re: CV EVA Instant-ON expired
your EVA will continue working but you will not be able to add new storage. You need to get licenses for this. Sometimes if you have obtained license for CV6 it may not work for CV7. is this your problem ? if so then you need to upgrade your license.
