default password for storageworks san switch 2/8 el

I have four san switches (storageworks san switch 2/8 el) - with three of them I have no problem to configure: I connected to switch serial port, user=admin, password=password - everything was OK but to one of them I can't to log in as user=admin and password=password.

What Can I do ?
How reset switch to factory settings ?

I know there's a way, but it should be done by HP engineers in collaboration with brocade support. Call HP

You can update the firmware to restore to default user account.
I know that no other method.
If other engineers have better metho,pls share it.
