Solution
You could try running a SAN-Health report from Brocade.
http://www.brocade.com/sanhealth
This utility logs onto your san switches and reads lots of information. Then it generates a file which you upload to Brocade. Within a day or so you get a zip file with an Excel-Sheet, a Visio Diagram and a file which can be read by SAN Health Professional. Either the Excel-File or SAN Health Professional can then tell you what zones a certain port/device is in.
The Excel-File can also show you "Hanging" zone/alias members (WWNs which are zoned but are no longer logged in to the fabric)
SAN Health Diagnostics and SAN Health Professional are both free.
Regards,
Stephen

You can also try the free HP utility that does similar work, but takes it a step further and shows you Storage Array and host information.
