Has anyone else this this problem before?

It seems that we lost communication to the appliance or something that caused this problem. Can you take a look to see if you see anything on your end that would have caused this or have you seen this before? I was able to get Ops to kick the SNAP of successfully.

I just got this error message while I was using SSSU.exe v 5.0

I used SSSU.exe v 6.0 instead and everything worked fine. The last modified date on the file is 21 July 2005, 16:12:00 and the size is 1.05 MB (1,105,920 bytes)
