(Emulex) 4Gb Loop Switches on EVA 8000
Does anyone know how to access these as it mentions that there is a web gui available on them?
There is a com port and an ethernet cable, so wondering if anyone knows the default IP and Subnet Mask of these? I cant seem to find it registering a DHCP address.
Any info on them would be a great help
Thanks
Craig

Re: (Emulex) 4Gb Loop Switches on EVA 8000
the default ip is 10.77.77.77
You can configure it also on the com port with the cable of a brocade san switch

Re: (Emulex) 4Gb Loop Switches on EVA 8000
I tried using 10.77.77.77 and a crossover cable to config the switch. Also tried a brocade serial cable (8/N/1) but both didnt work.
Any ideas? Do you know where you got this information from - like a guide online or something?
thanks
Craig

Re: (Emulex) 4Gb Loop Switches on EVA 8000
I did a packet trace on them and found it was using a 192.168.0.1 address. From there I went in an configured the loop switches
thanks for everyones comments.
