Re: Error Alert
Or run an ADU report and attach it here.
All these utilities are installed by default by the HP Proliant Support Pack.

Re: Error Alert
Now that I have the ADUReport.xml, I only see information about a Smart Array 5i in slot 0, with 2 x 72GB U320 10K disks.
Are yu sure this ADU was ran on the correct server?

SLOT 1 Smart Array P400 Controller
Error occurred reading RIS copy from Port 1I, Box 1, Bay 8
Can't see the model of this disk but other disks on this server are:

Re: Error Alert
As you can see it's connected to the SmartArray P400 controller.
The disk is failed, and we cannot see model, but it's probably a 36 GB like the others. Call someone that can verify that directly on the server.

Re: Error Alert
Dou you know what's the model of the server?
With a P400 and 8 SAS bays, could be a DL380 G5 or a ML370 G5 for example.
