ERROR EVA3000
Hi,
I recieved license from the web site using HSVWWN. But when I input the license, the system prompt me:
The license you entered is a valid license but not for the Node WWN on this controller pair.
The wwn of the EVA IS OK (print in the rack and documentation of the EVA 3000).
Please I need help for resolve this question.

Make sure that you have the same version of software loaded on the EVA that the CARE PAC license that came with it says.
Unless the shipping department has improved in the last 3 months, you probably have a V2 license PAC, and Version 3 software loaded on your EVA. That's what they did to us.

OK MIKE, BUT I DONT KNOW SEE THIS IN THE EVA, COULD YOU HELP ME TO MEET THE VERSION LOADED ACTUALLY ON THE EVA?
ACTUALLY I HAVE UPGRADE THE APLIENCE THE VERSION ORIGINALY TO V 2.0.
If you have certain what is the solution? (I DONT HAVE SOFT V3 ...)
