EVA 4400 battery indication
Hi!
EVA 4400, on battery module 2, green (1) and amber (2) indicators flash simultaneously.
In CV:
System: Good
Controller 1: Good
Controller 2: Good
In Controller Enclosure - Power:
Cache battery 2
Controller: Controller 1
Operational state: Attention
Hold-up time: 130 hours
Cache Battery 1
Controller: Controller 2
Operational state: Good
Hold-up time: 195 hours
What can we do with this ?

Hi
If you check the controller even log in Command View it should be able to see a "soft diagnostic error". This should give you more info on the fault.

You may have to replace the battery (2) for the controller to have the issue resolved.
