We ahve EVA4400 IT IS WORKING FINE. BUT the installations times i was not there now our IT-manager asking for Eva( configuration ) IP address

How we can i find out EVA4400 IP address. not Default IP address .

Ask your network folks, they should look up the switch.

The IP of the management module? Without resetting it to 192.168.0.1?

Try using SmartStart for EVA, it usually detects EVAs on the same network.

I am not sure that the WOCP's IP address is shown in CV-EVA running on the Windows-based management server, but there is a button in the EVA's Hardware hierarchy which should open a new browser window that attempts to connect to the WOCP.

Both are correct. The EVA controller modules and the management module need different firmware updates.

The EVA firmware and management module firmware are totally different things.

For EVA FW search http://software.hp.com for XCS, for management module search for commandview 9.1 ABM.

Before you start make sure to read all the instructions!
