EVA 6400 / No creation date on Virtual Disks

Hello All

I have following problem on cutomer site.

I have a EVA 6400 managed by an appliance where also other EVAS are attached.

But only on one EVA i can't see the creation date of the Virtual Disks.

Can someone of you tell me why ?

Whats the reolution.
