I have HP Eva 8400 Storage but one controller is down. I will replace it tomorrow. 

Has any replacement procedure pdf or could you help me please?

I would be most grateful if you would look into this matter as soon as possible.

Hello,

We have a video available to lead you through the controller replacement procedure.
Go to http://h20464.www2.hp.com/index.html
Select Storage under Product Category
Under Product family, select EVA Storage
Under Product Series, select HP StorageWorks 6400/8400 Enterprise Virtual Array
Click on the link 'EVA6400/8400 Controller Remove/Replace Videos'
In the pop-up window, click on 'Controller' to play the video
